How RandTools Works
All randomization on RandTools happens entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No generated results are sent to or stored on any server. When you click βGenerate,β the computation runs locally on your device and the output never leaves your browser.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-Q9DVNYKJWM) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, approximate geographic region, device type, and browser. This helps us understand which tools are most popular and how to improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored by RandTools.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies
RandTools itself does not set any first-party cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (primarily _ga and _ga_*) to measure site traffic. These cookies contain no personal information.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information.
- We do not store any generated results (names, numbers, passwords, etc.).
- We do not require user accounts or signups.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond Google Analytics.
Third-Party Services
The only third-party service integrated into RandTools is Google Analytics. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of its CDN and security services.
