How RandTools works

All randomization on RandTools runs in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No generated results are sent to any server or stored anywhere. When you click “Generate”, the computation happens locally and the output never leaves your device.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-Q9DVNYKJWM) to collect anonymous stats: page views, approximate region, device type, browser. That's what tells us which tools matter and which to improve. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No personal data is collected by RandTools.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies

RandTools itself does not set any first-party cookies. Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure traffic. These contain no personal information.

What we don't collect

  • Names, emails, or any personal information.
  • Any generated results (names, numbers, passwords).
  • User accounts — because there are none.
  • No data is sold or shared beyond Google Analytics.

Third-party services

Google Analytics is the only third-party service integrated into RandTools. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may collect standard server logs (IP, request timestamp) as part of its CDN and security service.
