Use the profile in a demo

  1. For an About page, use the name, description, industry and team size. Label the organization as fictional wherever readers could mistake it for a customer.
  2. For a CRM card, map the contact and website fields to your form. The example domains are placeholders, so no email or web connection is needed.
  3. For repeated screenshots, keep this exact record. Generate another profile only when you want a different organization.

This compact editorial fixture uses an integer for employees and strings for the other fields. It is ordinary sample data, not a RandTools Saved backup. Adapt the keys to your own application; the generator can include additional fields and address details.

What each field is for

  • Name and description: an organization title and a short introduction. They are not evidence of a registered business or name availability.
  • Industry, employees and foundedDate: example values for labels, filters and date fields. They are invented, not researched company facts.
  • CEO, email and website: placeholder contact details. This sample uses .example to keep the intended destination explicit.
  • Office and brandColor: a fictional address label and a HEX color for a company card. The office is not a postal-validation fixture, and the color is not a contrast guarantee.

Create a different company without losing the name

Open the fake company generator, choose an industry and office country, then generate. In More actions, keep or edit the name before refreshing unlocked details. Copy the selected record or export the current batch as JSON or CSV. For naming only, use the company name generator.

Need people for the same demo? Use 100 sample users as a separate dataset. Those rows do not automatically belong to this company; add your own relationship if your application needs one.

For a complete individual profile, open the fake person generator. It creates fictional personal, contact and work details together; you can copy individual fields or the full profile.
